Will Katt Williams ever learn??
As you know, the 44-year-old was detained by the police last month after allegedly attacking a female employee at the Sportsmen’s Lodge restaurant in Studio City.
According to TMZ, the Los Angeles City Attorney is now officially charging the comedian with misdemeanor battery for allegedly punching the woman.

Authorities say things got violent after Katt felt disrespected by how the victim was speaking to him.
While the actor has had his fair share of run-ins with the law — if convicted of this crime, he’ll face up to six months behind bars.
No word yet from Williams’ camp.
