Either way, the pop songstress was all about rockin’ grunge while grabbing lunch on Wednesday.
Not only did she have a denim jacket tied around her waist, her ensem also included a little, plaid dress with fishnet stockings and black lace-up boots.
And while it all looks really tough, it’s kind of hard to look badass with a Hermès Birkin in hand.
We LOVE Katy, but this look, not so much!
