Move over pussy cats, there’s a new pup in town!
Katy Perry had some ‘ruff’ news this week, and she couldn’t wait to tell her fans about it!
The 29-year-old singer posted a pic of a super cute doggie to her Instagram on Wednesday, and explained everything in the caption:
“Meet my new Prismatic World Tour mascot, BUTTERS! #nolongerjustacatlady…”
Awww! What a cute name!
We wonder where she got the name from! Maybe it’s a South Park shoutout?!
No matter the reason, we’re sure that as sweet as Butters looks, the puppy will get along famously with Katy’s feline Kitty Purry.
