The Birthday singer passed by legions of fans and signed autographs in a mod Roland Mouret dress that emphasized her hourglass figure.
The half-striped frock was ideal for Katy’s known whimsical nature, but also had the sort of classic silhouette that will stand the test of time.
Katy styled the number with simple Brian Atwood pumps and her lime-green hair.
