Katy Perry was seen leaving the Henry Fonda Theatre in El Lay on Monday night debuting a shorter haircut!
She’s really got the flapper look goin’ on!
The singer was wearing a gorgeous cutaway floral dress with a braided belt. She gave the outfit an edge by pairing it with black booties and a black medallion embellished hat.
