Broadway is a-buzz with rave reviews for Scarlett Johansson and A View From The Bridge.
The show is getting so big that the folks behind-the-scenes are desperate to figure out a way to extend the revival run past the April 4th closing.
The roadblock happens to be Scarlett’s movie star schedule. Come the spring, she’ll be on the publicity war path promoting Iron Man 2 and there will be no way for her to keep the Broadway gig. But what we’re hearing is that the producers are considering putting the show on hiatus for as long as it takes for her to finish and reopen as soon as she is done.
But will Scarlett sign up for that? Surely, she can make more money doing another blockbuster movie, but perhaps she wants to take this time to be a “real” actress.
Tough call.
