As if we needed another reason to love the Twilight films!!!
Kellan Lutz and his muscles recently graced the cover of Men’s Health magazine to promote his upcoming film The Legend Of Hercules!
But before he was playing a Roman deity he was a vampire on the Twilight films, and according to Kellan, that’s where he got his amazingly buff body!
He says when the cameras weren’t rolling, he’d often run out of things to do and his only viable option was to hit the gym:
“I was bored. They put us in these mall apartment complexes ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ the fans and paparazzi were outside the whole time. So I bunkered down in the gym; it was my escape.”
Wow! Usually when we get bored we just resort to things like Twitter, but we guess the gym works too!
Seriously, we really can’t argue with those results! Thank goodness for boredom!!
