The American Idol winner and her family started off May with a trip to Australia — and already they’ve collected many adorable candid moments.

On Sunday, the Since U Been Gone singer took to Instagram to share pics (below) of her daughter, River Rose Blackstock and her new animal friends from the Symbio Wildlife Park.

Regardless, the new mom’s trip is giving us a serious case of #FOMO!
However, it isn’t unusual for the From Justin to Kelly actress to take her baby on adventures. Remember when then two-month-old River attended her first concert?! We do!
The Heartbeat Song performer does have an upcoming show in Australia on Friday, so perhaps they can squeeze in a few more family outings!!
