Kelly Clarkson took to her Facebook page yesterday to announced that her new album, which was poised to release soon, will be kept in the hands of the record label until September.
Why? She didn’t quite say, but what makes it so strange is that according to Kelly, the album is finished and ready to roll! On her page, she explained:
“I recently found out that my album won’t be coming out until September ….the album has been recorded but I can’t release it until then. I realize that is a long time but that’s the best time to release it apparently so I’m sorry for the wait but I promise you it sounds great!”
Eh, the suits intervened. We don’t know what information they have that instills confidence in them to delay her fifth album, but lets hope they are right. Personally, we’re dying for a new Kelly jam RIGHT NOW!
But, at least she is staying optimistic about it. That’s the most important thing.
Maybe you could tell us more about the music in the meantime, girl? Drop us a few hints as to what we might hear come September!
