Kelly Osbourne was a Fashion Policewoman amongst divas last night at the VH1 Divas event in Los Angeles.
With her lavender hair styled in a retro-inspired ponytail, Kelly O walked her peachy pout down the red carpet in a winter white Paule Ka dress tied off with a bow around her skinny waist.
Not wanting to look too bridal, Kelly added some flair with zebra print Charlotte Olympia heels and a white Edie Parker clutch.
Kelly looks good, especially that glowing tan of hers, but we’re loving her ‘do. Something feels a bit off.
