The Fashion Police co-host picked a rather matronly black lace dress to attend the Trevor Project‘s NextGen event, but it was her accessories that really stood out!
Kelly have neon green tipped nails and a Givenchy clutch, but she also wore an actual orchid corsage! Just like at prom!
In fact, it was given to her by a young girl who won a competition to take Kelly to the event as her date!!!
