Whoa! Kelly Ripa must seriously be in love with working out!
Because she dedicates 90 minutes a day to it!!
That’s the only way to get as ripped as she is!
Kelly is very into fitness, and sticks to her training with the help of her personal trainer, Anna Kaiser, who said:
“[Kelly] works out four to five days per week for 90 minutes per session. Her work ethic is more insane than anyone I├óΓé¼Γäóve ever met! She├óΓé¼Γäós so driven, present, excited, and focused.”
Wow! That’s AH-Mazing!
We knew she was dedicated but that’s wonderful!
Her workouts are always changing too, to make sure she’s maximizing her results! Anna said:
“All days will include both cardio and flexibility, but we├óΓé¼Γäóll switch up the body parts we focus on. Sometimes it├óΓé¼Γäós full body, another time it might be upper body or biceps/triceps. It always has to change. If you├óΓé¼Γäóre always doing the same thing, your body will start getting used to that.”
Great advice!! That also keeps your workouts interesting!
We bet Kelly eats so super healthy too. That’s the only way to get crazy results like hers!
