Kelly Rutherford will never give up.
As we previously reported, Kelly lost full custody of her two kids to ex-husband Daniel Giersch back in November. Per the judge’s official and final ruling, Hermes (9) and Helena (6) will live with Daniel in Monaco indefinitely.
Not content to just visit her kids in Monaco and France, three days ago Rutherford filed an appeal to the judge’s heartbreaking decision. Since the judge’s ruling hasn’t been handed down yet, a verdict on Kelly’s appeal has yet to be reached.
On Tuesday, Kel posted this poignant message most likely about the ruling to her Instagram. Check out the uplifting words (below):
