Kelly Rutherford is apparently in Europe this week, which means she’s likely visiting her children for Christmas after losing out on a long, contentious custody battle for them with her ex-husband, Daniel Giersch.

Obviously, the Gossip Girl actress is trying to figure out the best way for her to be around her children Hermes, 9, and Helena, 6, who are now to live with their father, Giersch, in Monaco after the bitter legal battle was decided.
We fell for you, Kelly. Here’s to at least spending some quality time with them this holiday season.
