The Verdict Is In: Kelly Rutherford Tragically Loses Appeal To Regain Custody Of Her Two Kids -- But What Will She Do Next?

kelly rutherford loses appeal
This is just so sad.
On Thursday, it was revealed that Kelly Rutherford has once again lost her appeal to regain custody of her two children Hermes and Helena.
According to DailyMail, the Gossip Girl alum’s appeal was shot down by the United States Court of Appeals after her ex Daniel Giersch won full custody of their little ones earlier this week.
It appears the court was not swayed to overrule the previous decision of the tiny tots living in Monaco with their poppa. Harsh!

We can only imagine Miz Rutherford refusal to return her kiddos to their dad this summer played a hand in the court’s dismissal of her plea.
To make matters worse, the blonde beauty may only execute her visitation rights within France and Monaco. However, a court stipulated that the former flames must decided on all matters regarding their kids’ schooling, health, and any change of residence together.
Well that’s good to hear.
Reportedly, Kelly and Daniel will divide the holiday, spring, and summer vacations amongst themselves. The former soap opera star will also received around $3,281 a month from the businessman.
We couldn’t be more heartbroken for Kelly and can only imagine the hard time she is currently going through. Still, we have a feeling the 47-year-old’s not done fighting for her children just yet.
What do YOU think?! Was the ruling a fair one??
