Well this just keeps getting messier!
Kelly Rutherford has made it very clear that she believes she does not have to return her kids to her ex-husband Daniel Giersch in Monaco.

Rutherford’s visitation period ended last week and since then, she’s ignored the court order that was sent to her demanding to return the children to Daniel in Monaco.
The reason Kelly believes this is because she’s claimed that she’s been to L.A. and New York courts and judges in both states have said they have no jurisdiction over the case.
Well that may not ACTUALLY be true. Since Rutherford tried ignoring the court order, Daniel — who now claims she’s a child abductor for ignoring the order — will be forced to appear in in court WITH her children on Tuesday.
A New York judge made the order under direction of Giersch that the actress needed to be notified by 3 p.m. today regarding tomorrow’s hearing, but that notice can be sent by e-mail or secured Facebook message.
We’ll see how this all unravels tomorrow, but for the sake of the kids, we hope things don’t get any messier.
