On Wednesday, Kelly Rutherford took to Instagram to share a poignant post a day after a judge ruled that her children Hermes and Helena are to live full time in Monaco with their father Daniel Giersch. Tragic!

Well that wasn’t too heartbreaking!
We’re just happy the Gossip Girl alum isn’t letting this devastating update get her down. Not to mention, this isn’t the first time the blonde beauty has taken to IG to share some inspirational messages to her many supporters.
In case you forgot, the judge’s ruling comes after a six year custody battle with her ex. Oof!
We wish Miz Rutherford only the best during this particularly difficult time.
