Kelly Rutherford‘s custody battle hasn’t been an easy one!
However, the Gossip Girl actress is hoping for the best as she goes to court again in Monaco to try and bring her children back to the United States where they were born.
On Sunday, the blonde beauty shared a sweet snap of her kids, Hermes and Helena, playing with a Star Wars toy.

In a gut-wrenching turn, the 46-year-old shared another photo on IG of a note her son and a friend named Harrison wrote for her.

The current court date was scheduled after the former soap opera star appeared before a judge for two hours last month. Unfortunately, the whole situation has not been weighing in her favor after a ruling placed her little ones in their father Daniel Giersch‘s custody back in 2012.
Also, Miz Rutherford made her case more difficult after she refused to return her tiny tots following their summer long visit in the U.S. since her children begged not to leave. How sad.
Our thoughts are with Kelly during this incredibly trying time and we hope for good news soon!
