Seems like Kelly Rutherford‘s ex Daniel Giersch is on a roll.
It’s recently been revealed that Kelly’s ex-husband of three years filed a suit against Vanity Fair which essentially bars the publication from writing any “defamatory” comments about him.
And if the mag breaks the judgment, they’ll be fined $275,000 thousand dollars for each offense.

Yikes! So what got Giersch so fired up about the now scrapped article anyways?
Apparently, the mogul was upset by some comments Kel made about the ex-couple’s custody case over their two children, Helena and Hermes.
Not only did Daniel claim he was the one to file for divorce and not the other way around, but he also says her allegation about not filing for full custody initially is a lie.
Sigh. It seems like this is another big case of he said/she said, a common theme between the two.
We wonder if the parents will ever be able to get along!
As for Rutherford, she’s still holding her head up high despite officially losing custody of her kids to Daniel. It’s clear she’s just doing the best she can.
