Kendall Jenner Opens Up About Managing Her Anxiety & Little Sis Kylie Jenner Being A Mom - 'It's Obviously A Bit Weird'

Kendall Jenner has landed the cover of Elle!
For the June feature in the mag, the 22-year-old opened up to Lana Del Rey about managing her anxiety and what it’s like having her younger sister Kylie Jenner pop out a baby before her!
The KUWTK star says her mental health is at ease after she’s found a community of other stars going through the exact same thing:

“It’s interesting; ever since I said something about being anxious, a lot of people in the spotlight have come to me, being like, ├óΓé¼╦£Oh my God, me too!’ There’s this community. I take what they do to help themselves and piece it together to find what helps me.”

The model has found that Transcendental Meditation and Netflix help her the most:

“When I├óΓé¼Γäóm about to fall asleep, I├óΓé¼Γäóll put on Trailer Park Boys. I love it; it├óΓé¼Γäós so stupid.”

She also stays away from social media as much as she can, and silences her family group chat:

“I could not check my phone for two minutes, and there are, like, 100 text messages. The majority of the time, my family group chat is on sleep mode. I can├óΓé¼Γäót have it on vibrate.”

Well, she does have a TON of family members in there!
Speaking of her famous fam, Kendall also admits that it was a bit “weird” when her 20-year-old sis told her she was expecting a baby with Travis Scott:

“It’s obviously a bit weird that your little sister is having a baby before you. I didn’t expect it to happen like this. But it’s beautiful.”

She adds that being a mom to Stormi Webster has softened the Kylie Cosmetics founder:

“It’s brought us closer together. We’ve always been very close, but we would butt heads all the time. This has made her a bit more loving toward me.”

You know, like when the two had beef over Kenny’s friendship with Hailey Baldwin:

“She was actually best friends with Kylie, and I was good friends with her cousin Ireland [Alec Baldwin‘s daughter]. Hailey lived in New York, and whenever we were there, we would hang out with her.”

But during her first New York Fashion Week, she says their disagreement happened because she “stole Hailey from Kylie.”

“From then on, she was my homie. At first, Kylie was mad; I had to bring them back together and be like, ├óΓé¼╦£No, it’s okay, guys.’ But it’s all good; that’s our love story.”
