It’s a back-and-forth between Kendall and Kylie Jenner and photographer Michael Miller, who is suing over his famous image of Tupac being used on those vintage tees the girls were selling on their site.
You may remember the duo superimposed their faces over the likes of more iconic musicians like Notorious B.I.G., Black Sabbath, and more.
The Kendall + Kylie brand responded to his lawsuit back in July, and now, the sisters are claiming Michael has no right to sue them!
This is probably the last thing Kylizzle wants to deal with, especially as it’s said she’s expecting her first child!!

According to TMZ, the Jenners believe the photographer committed fraud with the snap in the first place, and he doesn’t have a copyright to the image as he’s not the author or creator.
If anything, they say he has “thin copyright protection” from Tupac’s pic.
Well, we had a feeling Miller wouldn’t be able to do much to fight Kendall and Kylie, especially with the powerful legal team they’re sure to have.
It’s not totally over though! A judge will still have to decide which way to rule.
