Remember that moment during the VMAs where we all thought Kendall Jenner and her sisters didn’t observe the moment of silence for the people of Ferguson?
Her lack of attention toward the controversial event caused a social media frenzy!
People were definitely unhappy with that moment caught on camera, but the up-and-coming model is speaking out against those claims.
Kendall reassured everyone that she was participating in the moment of silence just like everyone else at the show.
She said at an event:
“I just specifically remember not texting and bowing my head down for the moment of silence and that’s all I have to say about that.”
We’ll give Kendall the benefit of the doubt here, it might have been a camera lag or something!
Who would be insensitive enough to disregard an acknowledgement toward a horrible event happening in our country at the moment?
Not this girl.
