Kendra Duggar has gotten a major win in her child endangerment case.
As we’ve been following, both Kendra and her husband Joseph Duggar have been in hot water recently. Joseph is facing molestation charges in Florida, while Kendra has her own child endangerment charges in Arkansas.
According to docs obtained by TMZ, Kendra’s attorney Travis Story filed for the judge to get rid of a no-contact order she had with the alleged unnamed victims (her kids) in her case following an entry of a not guilty plea. The order was put in place on March 20, and nearly a month later on April 17, the judge signed to lift it completely.

In the filings, Kendra’s legal team argued that she’d complied with all the rules and that the alleged victims wanted contact with her. They also said the fact she wasn’t in contact with them was interfering with the case moving forward, preventing third-party evaluations.
After lifting the order, the Arkansas Department of Human Services are going to help orchestrate a reunification with Kendra and the alleged victims.
