“Snacking is a great way to boost your metabolism throughout the day, but it can also be dangerous! Ever reach for a snack and realize 20 minutes later you’ve eaten half a bag of chips?! Haha!
├óΓé¼┼ôI├óΓé¼Γäóm not talking about the [popcorn] you eat at the movies that├óΓé¼Γäós drenched in butter (or comes with nacho cheese, which is what I like)! LOL Go for the fat-free 100-calorie bags that are guilt-free ├óΓé¼┬ª [Or] one cup of strawberries with a tablespoon of melted semi-sweet chocolate is only 120 calories!”
Don’t forget hummus, frozen fruit bars, and PRETZELS:
