Did you know that only 1% of sea turtles reach adulthood in Kenya? The poor creatures are severely endangered as the culture heavily incorporates them into their diet.
The Kenya Sea Turtle Conservation Committee has produced a video showing the courageous efforts of the individuals hoping to save these creatures from extinction. So far, through their tactics, they’ve been able to save some 5,000 turtles!
