Loving this dress!
Kerry Washington kept the show-stopping gowns at home for the HBO Winter TCA Panel in Pasadena on Thursday, but this black and blue (or white and gold, LOLz) Tanya Taylor dress was just what the doctor ordered.

We love the contrast black sash placed diagonally along the bodice that mimics the main pattern, and the asymmetrical hemline.
