A beautiful birthday celebration is still moving forward for little miss True Thompson!
Although the coronavirus pandemic has forced Khloé Kardashian to slightly tweak her daughter’s party plans, the KUWTK starlet revealed she intends on leaning into the Easter holiday which happens to fall on the same day True turns 2!

KoKo spilled all the fun details while speaking with her Good American co-founder Emma Grede on during an Instragam Live session for their brand. On how she’ll give True a little taste of Easter, the proud momma said:
“She’s never had, like, an Easter egg hunt — she’s always been too young. So it’s Easter Sunday, so I’m going to do fun things that’s engaging and different for her.”
The 35-year-old said she’s even going to order a cake from a local bakery even though the tot “doesn’t eat sugar.” But it’s all about going the extra mile! She continued:
“We’ll dye Easter eggs on Sunday, we’ll do things that she’s not used to. I have balloons that I’m blowing up on Saturday myself.”
Sounds so cute!
A source confirmed to People the shindig will be limited to parents only, which obviously includes Tristan Thompson. As we know, Khloé and her baby daddy have been quarantining together! But the extended KarJenner fam including Kim Kardashian West, Kourtney Kardashian, as well as Kris, Kendall and Kylie Jenner will have a chance to join in the festivities virtually via video chat.
Although it sucks that the whole fam can’t physically be there due to social distancing measures, the starlet is staying positive for her daughter. She says the all of the quality time together lately has been “incredible” and noted:
“The beautiful thing about children is they don’t know what’s going on.”
And when this global health crisis is all over, the now-infamous and over-the-top Kardashian bashes will definitely continue:
“I love to throw a good party but it’s going to give me a good excuse to throw parties after [social distancing rules are lifted].”
Until then, the excitement is certainly building for True’s big day on Sunday. Khloé admitted she’s a bit freaked out, just like any momma would be about their little one getting bigger right before their eyes. She posted this message to her IG story on Saturday afternoon:
We can’t wait to see all the pics and videos from the party but of course, we’ll be keeping our ear to the ground for whispers of anything juicy about how the co-parents handle everything. Celebrating the product of the love you once shared has GOT to stir up some old feelings, right?
Late last month, a source told Us Weekly about the pair’s current dynamic:
“Khloé doesn’t have bad or negative feelings toward Tristan at this point. Being quarantined has made her have a soft spot for him, and she knows he will always be part of her life in some way because he is True’s dad. Khloé has been open and receptive toward Tristan.”
