Khloé Kardashian made sure there wouldn’t be any more little surprises from her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson!
Shocking everyone, the basketball player sat down for an interview with the Good American founder on the latest episode of her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, this week! This is the first time Tristan has appeared on the show following their messy breakup five years ago, which came after he cheated (again) and fathered a child with Maralee Nichols.

The former couple got into everything from their co-parenting relationship post-scandal to their families and even whether he wanted more kids! In addition to having Theo with Maralee, Tristan has True and Tatum Thompson with Khloé. He is also a dad to Prince Thompson with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig. That is four total, but does he plan to add more to his family? When asked, the 35-year-old athlete shared that he would only have more children with KoKo because they still have two frozen embryos left after welcoming Tatum via surrogate in 2022. But he added:
“I already have enough baby mamas. I don’t want no more.”
Laughing, Khloé commented that the decision was “smart.” She then revealed she actually “forced” Tristan to get a vasectomy following the love child scandal! She said:
“Who helped you fix that decision? That was me. Tristan might have had a little ultimatum from me.”
Whoa!
Tristan shared that he got “neutered” following a conversation about the controversy. And after joking that “sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table,” he continued:
“I’ve been a little hard-headed at times, more times than not, which I wish I wasn’t as stubborn. I learn from experience. Not as much as being told, which is unfortunate, but it’s part of life. It’s part of the journey. It is what it is.”
Tristan did save sperm just in case he does get married, changes his mind, and decides to have kids with his wife. But for now, he is all done unless it is coming from Khloé! As for the procedure, the Cleveland Cavaliers player mentioned it “wasn’t bad,” and he went on to watch Game 2 of the NBA Finals between the Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns in 2021.
And no, he doesn’t plan on reversing it! He made it very clear he won’t “lie down on that table again.” So there! LOLz! Watch the podcast episode (below):
