No one will ever forget O.J. Simpson‘s white Ford Bronco…
In 1994, his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman were found stabbed to death at her house in Brentwood, California.

Although the former football player was eventually acquitted, he ended up losing a 1997 $33.5 million civil suit against the families of the victims.
On this week’s episode of Scandal Made Me Famous, nanny Pam Behan — who worked for the Kardashian family for five years — remembers the aftermath of the murders.
Robert Kardashian Sr. was best friends with O.J., while ex-wife Kris Jenner was very close to Nicole. Additionally, their children — Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob — would frequently have playdates with Simpson’s children, Sydney and Justin.
According to Behan:

“The kids used to call him ‘Uncle OJ’… So now they were hearing that he may have killed Nicole. This was really shocking to them.”

After the incident, Khloé and her younger brother Rob stayed with Sydney and Justin to give them a “sense of more normalcy.”

“Justin and Sidney were very close with Khloé and Robert so shortly after all this happened, myself, Khloé, and Robert went down to the Brown family’s house and stayed with them for a few days… It was just to give the kids a sense of more normalcy to play together again,” she continues. “That’s something that I’ll never forget.”

17 months after her friend’s death, Kris gave birth to Kendall Jenner and gave her the middle name, Nicole.
In 2017, O.J. was granted parole, stemming from his 2008 armed robbery and kidnapping conviction. He was released from prison that October.
The episode airs Saturday, July 21, at 9 p.m. EST on the Reelz Channel.
