What looked like an innocent shot of the 31-year-old holding up some tea had people wondering why she looked so different!

Specifically, her cheeks and lips look fuller, which is exactly what’s sparking new plastic surgery rumors.
But considering the reality TV starlet has vehemently denied getting any work done recently, is it possible??
A part of us just wonders if it’s the angle of the shot and the lack of contouring in certain areas.
