So, it appears Khloé Kardashian really wasn’t kidding when she floated the idea about potentially using Tristan Thompson‘s sperm to have another baby!
The reality TV star brought up the topic once again while chatting with her sisters in a clip from Thursday’s upcoming Keeping Up with the Kardashians episode. The 35-year-old has been adamant about giving True Thompson a sibling to grow up with, but is she really willing to risk another headline-making pregnancy with her toxic baby daddy just to do it?

It definitely seems that way based on what KoKo told Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian about the ins and outs of the egg-freezing process, which she’s recently begun.
“I’ve been doing hormone injections for about five days. And the injection process has been fine. I don’t know why I’m like, ‘Oh, okay, it’s not that bad.'”
The Good American founder went on to explain how her doctor thinks she’ll have a number of viable eggs, but there are no guarantees with the process. The doc suggested if she were to incorporate a sperm donor, it might boost her chances of being able to get pregnant again:
“Dr. Huang was saying that the bonus of doing embryos, you get to see, like, what are your stronger embryos, which are healthy, you get to already know all that…Which, I do have a sperm donor, but…”
*record scratch*
The sisters immediately cut her off and demanded to see picture proof of the mystery donor — but Khloé quickly clarified that she was referring to Tristan! Kendall spoke for all of us when she responded through laughter with:
“I thought you, like, went to a bank.”
Nope! Instead, gurl is still digging through the trash past…
Despite wanting to use the NBA star to expand her family, the Revenge Body host told the cameras she’s still considering just freezing her eggs, rather than creating embryos:
“After my doctor’s appointment, I talked to Tristan. Because if you can create embryos and do all the DNA testing, I do think that’s the smarter choice. But it’s weird because Tristan and I, we’re not together. I don’t know which way to go.”
Well, if she decides to go down that road with TT, it could prove to be a sticky situation if Khloé ever decides to date again or get married someday. Speaking on those doubts and concerns to her sisters, she added:
“He has to sign, like, legal paperwork that he would just be my sperm donor. But you never know, like, what in three years if I get married to someone? And I’m like, ‘You know what, I don’t want that.'”
While that scenario would make for juicy television and keep momager Kris Jenner happy with more grandbabies, holding off on such a permanent decision until you’re 100% sure might be a good idea here.
