In the snap, the Revenge Body host tagged BFF Malika Haqq, who may have gifted KoKo with the beautiful piece of jewelry.
As we reported, the KUWTK star recently wrote a blog post where she reveals she has “anxiety” about being a working mom, explaining:
“Going back to work after having True has definitely caused me a little anxiety. The days leading up to my very first day back were tough, but once I started going through the motions, everything fell into place. It’s like riding a bike!”
