Kim Davis Rejects Court's Compromise And Remains In Jail -- Here's Her Miserable Mugshot!

How long will Kim Davis remain in jail?
After breaking the law by discriminating against same sex couples — refusing to issue marriage licenses “under god’s authority” — the Rowan County Clerk was held in contempt.
According to legal experts, civil contempt is not a jail sentence so much as a way for judges to enforce their orders; a person is held until they agree to abide by the law.
So in Davis’ case, she could end up being in there a LONG time — even a year!
The court has already offered her a deal — letting her abstain while her deputies issue same-sex marriage licenses — but she flat-out refused, choosing to remain in jail.
She may be resolute for now, but based on the look of this mugshot she isn’t too happy in there! Not like some of these criminals…
