Careful ladies, some stilettos can be dangerous.
Yesterday afternoon, Kim Kardashian was spotted out in Beverly Hills as she went to grab some yougurt at Pinkberry.
Unfortunately, Kimmy lost her balance and almost fell on her face.
Thankfully, both Kim and her yougurt made it out ok.
But seriously, flip-flops, sandals, or sneakers are OK every once in a while.
