Kim Kardashian Asks For Help After Revealing Psoriasis Has 'Taken Over' Her Body

Kim Kardashian West isn’t afraid to get real about her body!
The KUWTK star and proud momma took to Twitter on Sunday evening to effectively crowd-source for tips on how to deal with psoriasis, after revealing it was seriously starting to affect her.

The reality star opened up (below) while asking for help, tweeting:

I think the time has come I start a medication for psoriasis. I’ve never seen it like this before and I can’t even cover it at this point. It’s taken over my body. Has anyone tried a medication for psoriasis & what kind works best? Need help ASAP!!!

Oh no!
Thousands of fans came through with their own suggestions and tips for how to deal with it… so thankfully at least Kim isn’t hurting for options there!
