Kim Kardashian West stepped out in one of her tightest fitting dresses yet on Tuesday afternoon in New Orleans.

The reality starlet looked crisp in a white knee-length dress and a lightweight duster with beige strappy heels.
This is the type of heel that left marks on her feet when she was still pregnant with North West, but it doesn’t look like there’s any swelling yet!
