It was an eventful weekend for Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton!
Months after the two stars started dating, Kimberly finally raced out to an F1 circuit to support her beau during a race weekend! The 45-year-old showed up at the Monaco Grand Prix alongside her sister Khloé over the weekend, officially cementing herself as an F1 WAG, much to Lewis’ excitement.
After the tense race on Sunday, Lewis ended up on the podium in P2! While receiving his trophy onstage, he took a moment to blow a kiss to his lover, while she filmed all the action on her phone. See the sweet moment (below):

And the affection didn’t stop there. The 41-year-old driver even gushed a little bit to reporters following the podium ceremony. According to ESPN, Lewis said he was super “happy” following the race, and said of Kim being by his side:
“Yeah, it’s amazing to have her come this weekend and have her support. My friends [in general]. It was an incredible turnout overall. I don’t know what else to say. It’s amazing to have good people around you and supporting you. And she does that for me every day.”
Sounds like such an amazing weekend… But where there are KarJenners, you know there is going to be some drama!

TeamLH didn’t really know what to make of Kim’s appearance at the GP following a super awkward interview with Sky Sports reporter Martin Brundle. In one now-viral clip from race day, the journalist approached her and asked:
“Kim, Martin Brundle, Sky F1. How, how are you today? […] Are you enjoying F1?”
Instead of replying, Kim just stared at him for a moment while he spoke and gave him an awkward smile… She even turned her head completely away from him, avoiding his microphone. See for yourself (below):

In the comments, fans were NOT impressed with the reality TV star. Some even called her straight-up “rude” for the interaction:
“she’s only on the grid because of Lewis and still acting like she’s bigger than everyone”
“A reality TV chick who thinks she’s more relevant at an F1 race than Martin Brundle. Delusional.”
“Money can’t buy class…”
“She was very rude not to even acknowledge him”
“She doesn’t know anything about the sports! I hate this for Lewis! So done!”
A few people came to Kimmy Kakes’ defense, though, writing:
“Nobody has to stop for an interview.”
“He always desperate to talk to people. Then gets in his feelings when they don’t reciprocate.”
“No disrespect to this dude, but I had no idea who he is, because I don’t watch F1… Clearly she doesn’t either.”
“Good. Martin Brundle never has a good word to say about Lewis, never supported his fellow Brit over AD21. You don’t get to hand out disrespect, and then automatically expect any back.”
Was she being rude or was she just overwhelmed? We mean, there WAS a lot going on for her this weekend. AND we still see Kim stop for fans in public. Doesn’t seem like it’s that deep! But what do U think??
Another video came out of Kim ignoring an interviewer over the weekend, too, but this one was much more lighthearted. A rival team of Lewis’ Scuderia Ferrari jokingly asked Kim to stay quiet if her favorite team was instead Visa CashApp Racing Bulls. She ignored the question, which left a hilarious result!
