Diamonds ain’t this girl’s best friend!
During Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, Kim and Khloé Kardashian travel to India for the luxurious wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Remember seeing the celebrity sisters’ totally jeweled-out traditional lehengas on Instagram last summer??
Well, in true form, things didn’t go as smoothly as they appeared on social media. Ha!
During day two of the lavish celebration, Khloé pointed out that a MASSIVE diamond in Kim’s sparkly necklace was missing! Pointing to where it should be, the Good American founder says:
“This is missing. Kim, that’s missing a diamond. Oh my God.”
Oh s**t!
Kim IMMEDIATELY starts panicking while simultaneously racking her brain for where it could have vanished:
“Maybe it’s in my dress or in your dress? I literally had it on… I walked, didn’t even hug anyone at those few feet where it got stuck. Like nothing happened for me to lose it.”
Oh goodness, Kimmy.
In a confessional, she adds:
“I’m just like, ‘Oh my God, I’m going to have to pay for this.’”
After some warranted freaking out, the sisters ultimately moved on to some “photo opportunities,” but the mystery never quite left Kim’s mind:
“We are absolutely concerned about the diamond, don’t get us wrong.”
Later, the SKIMS founder jokes she found the missing jewel in her purse, but during the final confessional of the episode, she clarifies she never actually did find it. Khloé bids a “R.I.P.” to the gem before the ending title card hilariously reads:
“In loving memory of the Ambani wedding diamond.”
HA!
Kim just does NOT have luck with diamonds… Who could forget the absolutely iconic scene from season 6 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians where she lost her diamond earring in the ocean?? Kim, there’s people that are dying!
