There are many who are still vehemently angry with Kim Kardashian over her 72 day marriage, insisting that her “sham” of a marriage was a mockery to all you love and cherish another person. That may be so, but you know who isn’t so offended by her divorce?

Turns out, the divorce heard round the world was a big boost to morale – and ratings – for some entertainment news sources. On the week that the news broke, Extra hit a new season high rating of 1.8, which was up 20 percent from the prior week. On the actual day of their breakup, Entertainment Tonight saw a 13 percent gain in the ratings. As the highest rated amongst the daily magazine show, it’s enjoyed a steady increase ever since then. Same can be said of Inside Edition, Access Hollywood andothers!
What works for one network works for them all! Jump on the Kim K gravy train! Whoo, whoo!
