The reality TV starlet made her first appearance since her scandalous PAPER mag spread at the red carpet launch of Kylie Jenner‘s new hair line in West Hollywood on Thursday.
Mrs. Kanye West wore a plunging flesh-tone top with similarly colored pants. But unfortunately, the ensem wasn’t all too fabulous!

The high waistline of Kimmy’s trousers made it look like she was rocking a drop crotch from the front, but you could tell it definitely wasn’t that from the back.
On top of the saggy trousers, her makeup didn’t seem as on-point as usual.
What’s with the overly-heavy eyeliner???
