Oh man, what’s gonna happen next???
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries‘ divorce trial is set to get moving next month, but instead of having a drama-FREE case, the pregnant reality star decided to make things a little more inneresting.
According to her El Lay Superior Court filing, Kimmy added her mama Kris Jenner, show producer Farnaz Farjam and wait for it… Humphries to her witness list.
In her case, Mis Kardashian wants to prove “reasons why the parties’ marriage should be dissolved and not annulled” and wants everyone to acknowledge “that she did not defraud (Humphries) into marrying her,” as well as testify against the former lovebirds prenup.
By listing the NBA star as a witness, it’s almost like she’s making him testify against himself in order to throw out the fraud that he’s alleging and the annulment he wants.
And since Jenner is also anticipated to supply “communications with the parties regarding their relationship” to prove that Kimmy “did not defraud” the hoop star, we’re sure this is going to be a fight until the end because we all know how cray cray Miz Jenner is
