The gloves are off in the Old Navy vs. Kim Kardashian lawsuit!
As you’ll recall, Kim’s demanding the retailer pay her $15-20 million for using a look-a-like in one of their commercials, but they beg to differ.
The Gap, which owns Old Navy, says their advertisements are protected by the First Amendment and they’ve hired top intellectual property lawyer Louis Petrich to make their case.
