An eight-year old tape of Ray J calling out Kim Kardashian West for poor hygienic habits, um, down there has resurfaced — and Ray J is MAD, threatening to sue if more old tapes resurface!

It all started a couple days ago when this audio tape was leaked from an interview Ray J did nearly a decade ago (below) about Kim K’s hygiene habits when he alleged she was a little, uh, smelly:
When that came out on Friday, Ray J responded swiftly, first tweeting (below):

Now, the performer is considering legal action!
According to TMZ, the story on the situation is that a man named Maxwell Billieon — an old business partner — is releasing audio snippets to make the singer look bad after a biz deal fell through.

Ray J has already fired off a cease and desist letter to Billieon, but may take legal action if the former business bros can’t get right.
So far, no comment from Kim.
