Just when it looked like we were starting to make some progress, we take two HUGE steps backwards!!
Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian‘s ex-stepmom Ellen Pearson recently filed a lawsuit against the famed family, accusing them of defamation and harassment. However, she ended up deciding to drop the case altogether!
But before you start thinking that she’s getting to wave the white flag, think again!
Sources close to Ellen say she’s actually getting ready to attack again and is planning on refiling her lawsuit in hopes of adding a few more defendants in a different California court!!
While it looks like she’s preparing to get back on the offensive, she might actually have to wait a little while, as she and the Kardashian clan have ANOTHER lawsuit that they might have to settle first!
The first was originally filed by the Kardashians when they claimed Ellen had no right to publish private information from their father Robert Kardashian‘s personal diary! A judge has already ordered the two parties to meet in September and settle this case first before moving on!
It sounds like the two sides might want to try to come to an agreement, or they will be spending a LOT of time in court in the near future!
