So sad!
Kim Richards might have been able to leave rehab to attend her daughter’s wedding this coming Saturday, but doctor’s orders are a lot harder to get around when you’re dealing with terminal cancer.
The Real Housewives star’s ex revealed on Friday that he won’t be able to make it to his daughter Brooke‘s wedding, captioning this sweet snap (above):
“My daughter is getting married on Saturday, her dream wedding on the beaches of Cabo. Everyone left this morning but unfortunately for me for health reasons I wasn’t able to attend.”
While he won’t see the celebration between Brooke and her fianc├â┬⌐, Thayer Wiederhorn, he did have the opportunity to walk his little girl down the aisle.

Brooke’s aunt, Kathy Hilton, held a ceremony in her home last August so Monty could hand her off to her betrothed.
Kim’s ex continues, explaining how grateful he is that he even got that opportunity, and how he’s lucky to be alive even today, saying:
“I’ve still been blessed that I was able to walk her down the aisle in August. As everyone knows last May I was given a few months to live, but guess what I’m a fighter and its a year later, still not giving up.”
But, he says his “prayers have been answered,” since his daughter is getting her dream wedding, thanks to funding from the Fatburger family.
He also hinted that he might throw caution to the wind, and just make a shocking appearance anyway, confessing:
“I know I’m crazy but I do have a private plane at my disposal and might surprise everyone if I show up Sat. I don’t think my dr would like that but I can be stubborn sometimes.”
We can’t tell if he’s joking or not, but whatever he chooses to do, we hope it’s the best decision for his health!
