In a new interview, Kim Kardashian says she “will definitely get” plastic surgery. In the future.

Hasn’t she already????

Specifically, KK says she “would probably get my boobs done after I have kids. I think every woman needs a good lift after they have kids” because every woman can definitely afford that! Doesn’t your insurance cover it?

We don’t know what’s scarier: Kim having kids or Kim’s blatant lack of reality?

We hope she doesn’t go to the same surgeon who botched her step-dad’s face!
