Kim Zolciak Sued For Failing To Pay $200K Credit Card Bill!

Kim Zolciak-Biermann is in hot water with American Express after failing to pay off her credit card bill of more than $215,000. Uh-oh!

The lawsuit — which was actually filed back on November 19, 2018, but only discovered first by Radar Online on Tuesday — was revealed through court papers obtained in Fulton County (GA) Superior Court.
In the court docs, American Express National Bank alleges that the Bravo star apparently hasn’t even been paying the minimums on her huge credit card bill (below):

“Defendant [Zolciak] agreed to pay and was obligated to pay the Plaintiff for all extended credit on Defendant’s account. Pursuant to the parties’ agreement, Plaintiff transmitted to Defendants a monthly billing statement for the account, and Defendant was obligated to pay the minimum payment due as set forth on that statement on a monthly basis … The Defendant has failed and continues to fail to pay the amounts due and owing on the account.”

Yikes!!!
In total, Zolciak owes exactly $215,925.90 … in case any of y’all had a few bucks lying around to chip in. Ha!
FWIW, the suit also indicates Kim’s husband Kroy Biermann was the one first served with papers alerting the family of the lawsuit back on the ninth of this month. Awkward…
