Kim Zolciak Accused Of Photoshopping Her 4-Year-Old Daughter's Nose & Butt

Kim Zolciak-Biermann is coming under fire!
After sharing a new photo of her four-year-old daughter Kaia and son Kane to Instagram on Tuesday, the reality TV starlet was accused of editing her little girl’s nose and butt.

IG account thegoodthebadandthefake shared the claim after posting a side-by-side of the original image posted by Kim’s oldest daughter, Brielle, on IG Stories, and the RHOA star’s edited version.
According to their claims, 40-year-old momma of six touched up Kaia’s nose AND Photoshopped her butt to appear bigger.

Commenters haven’t been silent either, as they’ve gone in on Kim for the edits:

“And I care because it’s absolutely disgusting that someone thinks their daughter isn’t good enough as she is and has to edit her body to make it look differently. The poor girl is going to end up with body image issues if her mother is already showing that at age 4, she isn’t good enough without editing”
