The grandfather disapproves…
As we reported in April, Kim Zolciak‘s son Kash was bitten by the family’s husky-boxer mix, Sinn, after the dog was startled by the sound of a leaf blower.
Despite the tragic event, the family — including husband Kroy Biermann — has decided to keep the mutt after much deliberation.

Sadly, not everyone in the Zolciak family is happy with the decision.
In an interview with InTouch published on Wednesday, grandpa Joe Zolciak thinks the brood is making a HUGE mistake by welcoming the pup back into their house. He exclaimed:
“If I had a dog that attacked one of my children, it would be gone.”
Additionally, if Kim and Kroy “want to keep the dog that bit my grandson in the face, then shame on them! You don’t know if it’s going to happen again.”
However, Real Housewives of Atlanta costar Shereé Whitfield is backing her friend up.
“I’m sure it was a hard, long-thought-out decision to keep the dog… Only Kim and her family know the dog’s normal temperament and behavioral patterns, and obviously they feel comfortable. She and her husband know better than anyone what’s good for their family.”
We’re just glad the five-year-old is safe and sound!
