On Monday, the reality star took to social media to discredit fans who suggested that the mom of six faked her mini stroke on September 23 in an effort to win Dancing With The Stars.

Sheesh, what a mess. You can tell Kim is really hurt by the allegations and it’s clearly the last thing she needs right now during her recovery.
Luckily for the Real Housewives alum, she has the support of her husband Kroy Biermann and her DWTS partner, Tony Dovolani.
Hopefully Kim takes it easy for the time being — we’re not sure the one time singer should be concerning herself with the haters and a dance competition right now!
